HOW TO RESTORE SUSPENDED DOMAINS IN YOUR ACCOUNT

HOW TO RESTORE SUSPENDED DOMAINS IN YOUR ACCOUNT

ICANN requires that Registrant contact information be verified for all email addresses used by domain name registrants. This includes both the private customer email address and the public Whois Registrant email address.

Verification is required whenever the Registrant's contact information is updated, including: new email addresses, updated email addresses and any email address which generates a bounced response to an EnCirca-generated order confirmation or Whois data accuracy reminder.

EnCirca will email multiple verification requests to the email address for the registrant or customer of record. The required action is to select the link in the email. There is no login required to complete this action.

If an email address is not verified within 15 days, the domain names using that email address must be suspended. This means that all of the domains associated with the unverified email address will be redirected to a parked page and all email using the domains will be blocked.

FOR INCORRECT OR INVALID EMAIL ADDRESSES

To restore suspended domain names to their original status, the registrant or customer simply needs to update their email address in their EnCirca account. This action will immediately restore all suspended domain names. It will also re-send a verification email to the new email address for verification.

FOR CORRECT BUT UNVERIFIED EMAIL ADDRESSES

If your email address is already accurate and does not need to be updated, then you can submit a temporarily UNSUSPEND request by logging in below. This action will also re-send a verification email to your current email address for verification. Your domains will be suspended again if you do not select the verification link in the email within 15 days.

Login here to temporarily UNSUSPEND your domains ONLY if BOTH of your customer and Registrant email addresses are correct
