Introducing Teams at EnCirca

EnCirca's Teams feature is designed to help organizations collaborate and delegate domain management responsibilities with ease and security. Whether you manage a single domain or a large portfolio, Teams gives you the flexibility to assign specific roles to trusted colleagues within your organization.

How Teams Work

• Role Assignment: Owners of a domain can assign others in their organization to manage specific aspects of their domain. For example, you can designate one team member to oversee Billing and another for Technical functions.
• Account Ownership: Every customer is the Owner of their own account, ensuring full control and security.
• Team Collaboration: If you want to share information or delegate tasks, you can create a team and invite other members of your organization to join.
• Multi-Team Membership: Some customers can also be team members of other Owners’ accounts, making it easy to collaborate across departments or business units.
