Universe.jobs aims to teach job seekers to use direct navigation for their job search. A network of over 40,000 websites representing geographic, occupational and industry names will display unlimited job listings for employers.
How much does it cost for a company to advertise their job openings? The big job boards charge up to $300/month per job opening. Since companies have job openings throughout the year due to turnover and growth, the price tag can add up. As a result, many companies do not advertise all of their openings.
A new job listing network called Universe.jobs aims to change all that. With a single annual fee of less than $150, companies can post an unlimited number of job openings. Companies do not even need to maintain a careers page on their website.
By signing up for a Posting Account on Universe.jobs, a company’s job listings will be distributed throughout a network of over 40,000 websites representing geographic, occupational and industry names. All a job seeker needs to do is to enter their city or occupation ending with .jobs into their browser address bar.
